All notifications for ending tenancy must be made in writing and submitted by the end of the previous month. 

Steps to follow if you plan to leave us

• Submit written notification to your Manager by the end of the previous month you wish to vacate

• Written notification can be submitted by completing the Vacate Notification Form and emailing it to the Manager
• Complete the Vacate Notification Form and submit it to the Manager's Office
• Review the Information for Vacating Tenants
• If need be, co-ordinate elevator access with the Manager
• Schedule a date and time with the Manager to hand over keys and inspect the unit after move out
